A Virtuous Pushup is one of the marks of a strong, advanced athlete.

When I watch a pushup, I watch for a good vertical forearm position, a strong hollow body position, and a good externally rotated position of the elbows, making the lats tight.

The pushups today are only five in number for each set. Do not rush them.

Strong position, Jelena. Keep up the good work.
