I know. I posted this photo a couple weeks ago, but I posted it without any commentary.

At the time, I thought to myself, “What can I say about Amie? I’ve known her and have been coaching her for almost five years now, and it’s been such a pleasure that I’m at a loss for words. She’s one of the best, kindest, smartest and funnest (most fun?) persons to have in the gym. Or really just to have around in life, period. What can you say about a person like that?”

Duh. You say just that.

Amie, you’re great. And your toes to bar are coming along just swell to boot.
