Kenny and daughters

Kenny Hinrichsen: Architect and Super-Dad by day, one hell of a CrossFitter by night.

Kenny’s only been with us for a couple of weeks now, but let me tell you some things that I’ve learned so far:

  • He’s a former 3:20 marathoner;
  • He beat my PR on his first CrossFit workout ever;
  • He was invited to the World Championships by the Highland Games Consultancy, but deferred his entry to remain a family man.

Not only is Kenny a superb athlete, but he seems to be a superb person to boot. Ben Marsh: you better keep your eye on this guy.

Great having you at the gym, Kenny. Nothing but great times ahead.
