The Memorial Day Workout will formally begin at 10am with a BBQ to follow around noon.
Neil, Tim and I will probably get to the gym around 9am for coffee and conjecture about who will win the workout and who will realize they bit off more than they could chew. (Likely me.) We’ll hang out until the party ends, whenever that may be.
If you’d like to contribute a side, feel free. You don’t need to bring enough to feed 50. Just bring whatever you like.
