Sunday, I was fortunate enough to catch Farrah setting two PR’s on Snatch: 118lbs and 123lbs. When I started CrossFitting in 2009, I would have traded anything in the world for a body-weight snatch. It was the men’s gold standard at the time.

It is now becoming the minimum standard for men, and these 314 Barbell Club women are starting to chase down that goal.

I like when a group of people will no longer stand for the status quo.

314 BBC Ladies, please keep raising the bar. Pun intended.
