Not everyone at a CrossFit Gym is training for the American Open or trying to make it to the Games. Many, like Donna, are just training to be better at life (AKA, playing with her granddaughter, Harper).

The Olympic Lifts sharply increase both muscle mass and bone density. Strong muscles + strong bones = more good times for many years to come.

Moral of the story: share this to your mom’s or dad’s or grandma’s/grandpa’s Facebook Page and get them on a Weightlifting Program. It’ll keep your free babysitters happier and healthier for longer.
