*Rob Carr – 5:30 @ 405lbs Deadlift, 235lbs Clean

N.B. – You must minimally have a MU transition on a red band, as well as a strict handstand pushup to complete a version of the workout as written. Short of that, complete the following:

10 Strict Pullups
5 Deadlift
10 Perfect Pushups
