Body Weight Power Clean and Jerk
10 Pushups after each set

*Women’s Rx is 75% of BW

P.S. – Today at Barbell Club, one of our newer members, Vince Banderman, asked me why all the Men at Sunday’s Weightlifting Meet caught their Cleans in a Squat, but all the Women performed Power Cleans… I was cracking up.
