The workout below will be logistically tricky. If you plan on participating in the workout, you MUST sign up. Classes will be strictly limited to 12 athletes.

Sled Pull (135/90)
Stone to Shoulder (145/115)
N.B. – Partners should alternate reps throughout. One length of the gym will constitute a rep on the farmer carry and the sled pull.
