Dukes - Clean and Jerk 314 Invitational

Sometimes I don’t do the CrossFit Warmup. When I do omit it, it is usually on a day of squatting and Olympic Weightlifting.

BUT! I still go through a warmup. The Spealler Warmup, Burgener Warmup, Rowing and/or Super Squat Mobility are all great choices.
