I’m happy to announce Tiff Harris as the leader at the halfway point of our 8-week healthy challenge! Tiff lost 13 lbs and 9 inches by switching to a paleo-ish diet for the last four weeks. Pretty awesome for just 28 days.
What I really like about Tiff’s transformation, is that it’s a reasonable lifestyle. She makes good food decisions and CrossFits. That’s it. She doesn’t count calories. She doesn’t follow “This one weird trick to help you lose belly fat.” She just eats pretty well and exercises. That’s really all there is to it, folks.
