For some, the “Glory Days” were ten or twenty years ago, back in high school.
But for those of us who test our mettle day in and day out at the gym, we live our Glory Days every time the coach yells “3-2-1…GO!” Or every time we set a new PR. Or at the 314 Invitational when we lay it all out on the line to save one extra second for our teammates.
For us, the Glory Days are yesterday, today and tomorrow.
