CrossFit 314 at the 314 Invitational

The problem with a day like Saturday, is that I have SO many good things to say, but I limit the words that I use on the blog to just 100. I also didn’t have time to sit down on my computer for an hour or two to hash out all my thoughts that I had about how impressed I was by the athleticism, camaraderie and bravery that was displayed at the competition by you, our athletes.

Today, I’m forced to just keep it short: THANK YOU.

You know how when it comes to choosing a career they say, “You should do whatever you would do if you didn’t have to work”? Saturday was the epitome of the realization that I wake up every day doing exactly that.
