Seems like some folks are worried about the Clean and Jerk workout coming up this Saturday. Repeatedly drilling your footwork for the Split Jerk between now and then will give you the best chance to make it to the next level weight.

Drill the movement 50 reps a day between now and then. Then get ready to confidently drop under a new PR weight on Saturday, whether it be 115, 215 or anything in between.
