Surely you guys have noticed the new fad at the gym: Smolov Squats.
Here’s the long and the short of it: squat more, and your squat will go up.
If we expand on that for just a bit, it goes something like this:
Back Squat more, and your Back Squat will go up. And if your Back Squat goes up, your Overhead Squat and Front Squat will go up. And if your Overhead Squat and Front Squat go up, your Snatch and Clean and Jerk will go up. And if your Snatch and Clean and Jerk go up, your Bench Press, Strict Press and Deadlift will go up. And when you realize ALL THE THINGS have gone up, then you just wash, rinse and repeat.
Because getting stronger is fun. And it will make you healthier. And fitter. And awesomer.
