I know none of you want to do 100 Burpees for time. I don’t want to do 100 Burpees for time. I guarantee Neil and Tim don’t want to do 100 Burpees for time. (Gregg Favre is probably the only athlete the DOES want to do 100 Burpees for time.)
Anyway, here’s the deal: Burpees aren’t going anywhere. They’re a part of CrossFit. In fact, they’re part of the meat and potatoes of CrossFit.
Today’s workout is a simple test of how good your engine is, and how bad you can make it hurt. As with any workout, scale appropriately. But don’t scale out of sheer laziness.
