In February, I began teaching all of the morning classes in order to accommodate my busier evening schedule at my day job. It’s made for some extremely long days that begin at 4:40am and have me home around 8pm.
This has forced me into a lot of planning/preparing in order to keep good, nutiritional food handy – like the paleo version of sweet potato muffins that Rosie made for me last weekend. I brought a dozen to the gym so that I’d have a healthy breakfast on hand all week.
You can imagine my discontent when I discovered they had been foraged by some ill-mannered scoundrel who had left me with nothing more than an unapologetic note and a few crumbs.
